Tribal Voice, Inc. intends to provide a pleasant environment for all 
users of its products (software, services, and related material) to 
enjoy and will take whatever actions necessary to reach this goal.

Tribal Voice, Inc. cooperates fully with Internet service providers and 
law enforcement agencies in reporting and investigating any illicit 
activities.

We have established the following Terms and Conditions for use.  Please 
read them carefully. By using this software and services you agree to 
the Terms and Conditions.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

You agree to use Tribal Voice, Inc.'s products only for lawful 
purposes, in compliance with all applicable laws.  You are prohibited 
from using Tribal Voice, Inc.'s, products to compromise security or 
tamper with resources of any computer systems.  You are solely 
responsible for the content of any transmissions through or using 
Tribal Voice, Inc.'s products.

You agree to enter a valid email address, of which you are the owner or 
primary user, and a unique password.  You are entirely responsible if 
you do not maintain the confidentiality of your password.

You are expected to behave in a responsible fashion.  You agree not to 
do anything that detracts from other people's enjoyment of the software 
or services.

Tribal Voice, Inc. reserves the right to take any actions against 
anyone who violates these Terms and Conditions, including but not 
limited to modifying or discontinuing use of Tribal Voice, Inc.'s 
products with or without notice to the User.

Tribal Voice, Inc., shall not be liable to you or any third party 
should Tribal Voice, Inc., exercise its right to modify or discontinue 
use of Tribal Voice, Inc.'s products, goods, services.
